YOUR COURSE LEADER is Valentine Palmer, principal of The Academy of Communication. His 35 years in the media include appearances in many of Britain’s best-loved TV series,including‘Dr Who’.Valentine has also been a Hollywood writer and a producer of training films for major organisations like BP Oil and IBM.In recent years he has been much in demand as a voice and presentation coach, working with clients from some 15 different countries. Companies Valentine has helped include Barclays, Cisco Systems, Morgan Stanley, Deutsche Bank, Hanson plc and Abbotts.
